"I’m not from the area, so I don’t know how this place works. They have a menu board and speaker that you pull up to, but after waiting a good 10 minutes at the speaker with a line of cars behind me, I finally decided to just pull up to the window to order. Me and my wife got a burger and it was decent! The burgers remind me of five guys, but the chicken tenders are hot and crispy! Other than the slow service, the food was good and reasonably priced."
"While passing through Paducah at lunchtime , my friend saw Just Hamburgers & decided to dine there. We both had Double Cheeseburgers, one with Swiss & the other with Colby. An order of Waffle Fries & an order of Onion Rings. Great portions! Everything was delicious, and prepared just right. The young man who took our order, was very polite and professional. I always enjoy supporting a local business. We will be back!"
"I’m from Missouri and JUST Came down here. I’ve lived here throughout the years and KNOW How good their food is !! But today clearly I ordered a a bacon cheeseburger and I got a patty and cheese !! I called up there 3 MINUTES After getting my food that wasn’t fresh , after sitting for 15 minutes ! He said he couldn’t give me a refund , he had to replace it. But tell me why I would want the SAME PEOPLE who messed up my order to remake it ?! Said he’s training two new people , well you’re CLEARLY Training them wrong !"
