"Food was good but restaurant was freezing. When we entered we were told by the host that there wasn’t any heat and then our server said that it’s been out for 4 days and management doesn’t want to get it fixed so they got small heaters that don’t put out a lot of heat. Beware if you don’t want to freeze. We saw a lot of people leave"
"Food was good, no complaints from any of my group. Ordered mac and cheeese and got fries with my burger instead. I just ate them but asked waitress to correct bill since it was less than the Mac and cheese. One other of my party used a gift card that I had given her 2 days before and waitress said it only had a little more than 6 dollars on it. Couldn't figure that out. Place is nice but according to my other friends, it wasn't first time of order and bill errors."
"We went around dinner time, and they weren't extremely busy, but apparently, they had several large parties and not enough staff. It took about 10-15 minutes for someone to come to our table to get our 3 orders. They forgot part of one of the orders and switched the steaks on the 2 orders that they got right. My steak was improperly prepared, and the cut of meat was sinewy. Our ticket was brought in the middle of our meal before we even had a chance to order dessert, which all 3 of us wanted. The only enjoyable thing was the music and the fact that the section that we were in all enjoyed it and sang along to favored songs together."
"My daughter ordered the endless wings. She ate plenty, but there some left. They would not let her box them up. Which I totally get “all you can eat there “. But they are just going to throw them away. What a waste. We also ordered the beer cheese pretzels. No salt on them at all. See picture. Very little cheese. I only came here because I had a gift card. Never come her because they last I was here I found a bug in my salad. The restaurant was not even half full and our service was terrible, took forever to get refills and an extra plate when we requested."
"Was a pleasant experience here. No wait to get seated. Appetizer mozeralla sticks were good. Entrees cooked to order and they had a deal to added 5 boneless wings for a dollar more. Service was nice and friendly. Refills were brought without asking or going empty."
