"UPDATE 2/10/24: Well, I guess it is too much to ask for this Subway location to do any better. I thought I'd give them one LAST chance to make it right. Ordered two footlong sandwiches for my elderly mother and I. I SPECIFICALLY asked for curbside pickup so my 86 yr old mother would NOT have to get out of the car since she was picking the order up. Not only did they not bring the order to her car, they refused to answer the phone multiple times when i tried calling them to let them know she was there to pick up the order!! And if that wasn't bad enough, these idiots still cannot follow instructions or follow customers orders as to how they want their sandwiches made!! Manager/Owner you really need to do better in who you hire and train!! I asked for mayo on my footlong ALL American sub. They literally put what looked like a drop of mayo on each half of my sandwich! Couldn't even taste or see it! It was the most bland sandwich ever! Is it really that hard to follow instructions?"
