"This store is in need of a desperate cleaning and update. There are boxes everywhere, fixtures and displays all awry where you can see the marks on the floors where they’ve sat for years, the area where you walk to check out was a mess with items sat half open and tossed about, bathrooms were disgusting! I know stores like gap/old navy have struggled in recent years but maybe if it wasn’t such an awful experience to actually go into the store that would change!"

"I have recently been diagnosed with cancer and my 150lb body is at 112. So I do tend to shop in the kids section because of the 14/16 waist options. Never once has anyone in this store made me feel bad, or looked at me differently as many other stores have. I just wanted to say thank you. Thank you for allowing me figure out waist size etc. It's hard enough in this world, but the employees here make it feel so much better, even if it's just when shopping in your store. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for not judging and actually helping me. I will continue to utilize this store until I can no longer shop on my own. Kudos and stay kind"

"Really good clearance selection but whenever we come the worst music is playing. It’s so loud and it makes it hard to shop. I don’t really think rap music is appropriate. Also a lot of the clothes displayed on the racks are actually dirty. With deodorant stains and dust."

"Love the old navy brand but please get this lexington ky location some help! The entire store was trashed. Ive worked in retail 23 yrs and have never seen anything like this before. Dressing rooms filled with unwanted clothes, tables and racks in complete disaster throughout the store. Literally looked like a tornado ripped through the place. Very friendly folks, but wow. Someone do something."
