"Customer service is not good, tried to return a defect sweater and told I needed to bring the tags. I had brought receipt in and left to get tags. The lady said it was washed and worn which it was not. You should probably add under your return policy that tags are needed for returns, because nothing on your receipt mentions that."
"In here to return a few items and decided to try on a few tops. When I went to go to the fitting room they told me, “you know we close in 15 minutes.” While in the waiting room, she said you have 8 minutes left. I am alway conscientious about other people’s time. Then she said, “no one else better walk in here.” I have worked in retail in the past and you would think they would rather get a few sales, but it seemed like they did not care. There is no reason to be rude to people. This was a very disappointing experience. I will not be returning."
