When he recently had to replace duct work, he made sure that the area he was working and was cleaned up before moving on to the next area. "I live in Union, KY and needed a complete new HVAC system. I called Tri Star because they are a locally owned HVAC Contractor in Northern KY and they were incredible. No pressure and great service. "In November of 2012, my furnace started making a strange noise. After several recommendations and hearing good things, I decided to call Tri Star Heating and Cooling. They listen to my concerns, were very understanding and came to my home promptly. After doing an in depth inspection of my furnace. They walked me through their concerns and educated me. We came to a conclusion together a new furnace was in order. They understood my budget concerns and gave me multiple options to help me make the right choice for my home. Once my wife and I made a choice they were prompt on getting the new system installed. Everyone involved in the entire process was knowledgeable, friendly, and hard working. The installation process was very smooth. The individuals that did the install came and worked very efficiently. After the installation was complete, they removed the old furnace and left our home very clean and better than they found it.
