"I decided to go to this location because my friend lives closer to this location. Little did I know I would regret going. I got my food fast but the server didn’t follow up with us because she got a bigger table. I finished my food and went to the bar asked for a drink and the bottle was about to finish and instead of pouring was left the bartender pour a tiny amount and I got the manager involved and his response was that they don’t over pour. I asked for my drink with club soda and you could see and taste that it was mostly club soda my first drink was up to par but the second was basically watered down. Only thing I was given was the option to have the drink removed from my tab. I rather keep going to the S 10th location where I always get great service. So save your time and don’t come here"
"Well just got back from ordering , was there in person everything was okay until I got to work . My salad it turning brown yet I call back to let them know and the one that answered me said she could give me a credit , but the manager made a deal out of it because I didn't want to go back since my break was over .... but yet said I cant give you a credit because I dont know if you ate it or not and because you got your order .... so if they see the lettuce is going bad why serve the customer"
"1st time in here and I might say it looked pretty nice. The food was good as well."
"When I went to this location I had to walk out. There was only young people working, all sta ding around talking. No one attended us. No one asked us what we wanted to drink. We just say there waiting for 30mins. Mind you the place was almost empty, they were not short on staff they just simply did not care to wait on us. We got us and just left, while the kids saw us n continued their conversations without a care in the world."
"Inconsistent quality of food. I got food poisoning from the cauliflower wings. Wings were served in bowl with about half an inch of oil. One bite tasted off. It tasted rotten, so I stopped eating it and let waiter know. I will not be going back to this place! I am now throwing up! I feel so sick!"
