Kid to Kid Champions

"Do not go to this store. The store associate Brittany was rude and racist. She put her hands up to her hip with a bossy gesture, speak in a hostile tone to people of color. She also give unfriendly bossy voice and eyes to me. The store was dusty, lots of poor quality items, nothing worth buying, and overpriced. also do NOT buy any NEW item here either. I made a mistake buying 3 new items here last week and need to return with receipt today. When I show receipt: Britany yelled at me Britany said it’s store policy cannot exchange or return. I ask for proof of such policy, she pointed to the two sentence on the receipt. But I can read: the receipt stated for used item and clearance (nothing about NEW item). See picture of the receipt below. She insists NEW item cannot be returned or exchanged. i ask for manager for me to clarify but she refuses stated manager is out of town and she doesn’t have the manager number. How come she works here and doesn’t have store manager number? I’m not alone as some other negative comments also stated the same racist treatment they got from the store associates. Do NOT go to this store at champion. I believe some of the positive comments was created by store associate instead of actual customers, and maybe some positive organized and good selection was meant for the woodland kid to kids."

"I love this store! I always find so much for my son and the prices are great. Kids outgrow things so quickly and being able to find affordable quality clothes close to home is the perfect solution. This is always my first stop when shopping for kids clothes."

"wife and i gave them another try and the woman who helped me with the black T-shirt and pony tial was great didn’t see the guys so that was good and made my wife happy but the clothes we got were great for the kids and cheap too so i was okay with the extra money spent on some toys that were new i promise the clothes we got were surprisingly nice and we will keep shopping there since my wife is happy with them now much better than my first visit so they must have new management or something i don’t know but the best customer service I’ve ever seen"

"Didn't really care for it much I think I will stick to what I know. Got a couple things out of there but I was looking for more. Nobody asked if I needed help till I was done shopping. I also didn't like how they had no baskets to push, but did have a pally area. I might be back for there black Friday depending on my other stores. Update went back in to return somethings that I didn't like the way they fit my little girl and they only offer store credit with a receipt I WANT BE BACK IN THERE."
