The furniture store beside this Walmart called BT Furniture is having a going our of business sale and it is fantastic, great low prices & some of the best name brand products. "The good: nice selection of merchandise, normally I can get what we need at a reasonable price. The bad: In my experience, Walmart employees consistently do not show good customer service skills. I don’t know if this is due to lack of training, poor management or both. When a customer has a concern, take the time to listen without interrupting. Give them your complete attention. Smile and give eye contact. When speaking to a customer use a friendly tone. Greet and thank them appropriately. Be polite and nice. Try and find a way to say “yes” when a customer needs help. Don’t blow them off like they’re simply an inconvenience. CONSISTENT, QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE GOES A LONG WAY."
