"I bought a Toyota sienna from this dealership in 2019 and financed it through RBFCU. I paid it off in September 2023 and I waited for the title. I sent for it at Texas motor vehicle's, they said they mailed it to Alamo Toyota. I went there and a nice lady in the office had received it in September 2023. She still had it in desk . This was Feb 2024. Good People."

"Very rarely do I give a dealership 5 stars. After a bunch of games and dealing with incompetent employees at my home dealership service dept, I decided to cut the cord with them and give Alamo a try. Turns out the car had a bad wheel hub/bearing. Not only did they honor my toyota bumper to bumper warranty for services performed, they also got my car done very fast! My service advisor, Carlos Rodriguez had great communication and was straightforward on all questions and concerns. They also provide shuttles to and from the dealership! GREAT experience all around !! - the only issue I had was my tires were very over inflated, not a big deal but always needs to be addressed."

"If I could give negative stars for Alamo Toyota I would. I bought my car from here and it is under warranty. Twice I have brought it to them and it has sat without even being looked at. They don’t call you to update you they just let it sit. The second time after I called after two days of no updates they informed me they didn’t even have a mechanic to look at it. This is the worst dealership and service I have ever experienced. The first time my car sat without diagnostics for over two weeks. HORRIBLE SERVICE"

"The people were nice enough when I took the car in for it to get checked and serviced.. was supposed to have tire pressure checked and have air put in, get topped off on liquids, etc.. paid a good bit. And 2 tires had low pressure, there was NO windshield wiper fluid, who knows if they actually correctly did the oil change.."

"I have now been to this Toyota Service station twice and both times have been a flawless experience. I was working with an assistant service manager Charles who took excellent care of me and my car. He explained to me the process and treated me professionally. On the first visit, they sent me a video to show me what needed to be replaced and a list of the items with pricing. I will definitely continue to bring my vehicle here."
