"Caesar Fabion is the most amazing paint matching expert we have ever met! We were putting our 12-year-old house on the market, and needed to touch up the paint. After that much time, all the original paint was unusable. We tried the big hardware stores, but they couldn't match our paint, you could see the difference. We didn't want to repaint, we just needed touch ups! Caesar saved us. First, he advised my wife what kind of paint chip / sample to bring to help him give us the best matching results. At the store, Caesar was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He recommended the specific paint that would be best for touch ups, and assured us that he would make his best efforts to match the color. When we used the paint, we were overjoyed to discover it was a PERFECT MATCH. Also, the paint he recommended had the right consistency and thickness to cover each blemish in one easy coat. Every touch up blended in perfectly. We saved so much time and money not having to repaint our almost 4000 square foot house! We have had so many bad experiences moving this pandemic year - everything seems to cost more, take longer, and be more painful. That's why we are so happy to give this paint store a 5-star review, Caesar truly helped us. Buyers said our house was IMMACULATE - no one knew that we had only done touch ups! "Came by to get paint as my builder used PPG paints. I had to call 15-20 times before they answered. The paint we received didn’t match so we brought a piece of our wall in to match the correct paint. Again called 10+ times, after finally answering they told us it would be several hours (we live in Boerne). We drove back to town to get the right paint and again called 15-20 times for no one to answer the phone, several hours before closing time. Wasted trip to say the least and still don’t have the correct paint. I truthfully understand the importance of keeping their customers and employees safe during COVID but they need to have reliable employees that will answer the phone for pick up and orders. If I could give no stars I would. I’m extremely disappointed. Again - the paint we received did not match. I brought another piece of the wall and the man was SO RUDE, I ended up walking out. The customer service is horrible."

"We had a water leak in our laundry room and only had partial new sheetrock and texture. Justin B did a fabulous job at matching the paint color...and when he thought he could get a little closer...he tried! I didn't have to ask him, he just takes pride in his work! Thanks Justin B, awesome store!"
