"Made 2 purchases with this boutique within a couple of days of each other. One was for Easter shirts worth $87 and one was a gift for $69. After weeks of not receiving the Easter shirts i messaged several times and finally get a response that the vendor sent them late and i would be getting them in a couple of days ( this was 3 days before Easter). After a few days nothing, messaged again and more chasing an answer she responds finally that she would be giving a refund (i only received $18 back) and again after a few days of nothing and chasing her in messages she finally says she just put the rest of my refund towards the second purchase (at that point i didn’t want the second order!) here it is almost 2 months later and STILL have yet to receive the second order!!! No update from her at all and at this rate I don’t feel like chasing her around with messaging so I am resorting to reporting her where I can so people can be warned (read another review about a customer having the same thing happen to them! And her Facebook page doesn’t allow reviews) buyer beware!!!"
"I’m not normally one to leave a bad review, but I don’t want other people to be scammed out of money like I was. I had placed an order back in December for some clothes that were on sale, but didn’t receive an “invoice” until January 7th. I promptly paid my invoice, never heard back from anybody until March 4 regarding my order and this was the response I got “ Hello thus is Elisha with Amazingly Sassy. I'm sorry for the delay in response, I had sent you and message and it didn't send. We unfortunately had our inventory incorrect on your order and I have issued a store credit. Yhe next time you place an order with us remind us to use your credit towards you purchase. I'm sorry for this inconvenience and thank you for your support in Amazingly Sassy Elisha” I’ve been asking for a refund to my Venmo account from Ashley the “owner” but she is avoiding all my messages and Venmo request. I’m not interested in store credit, I’d rather take my money else where. Again, save your money and avoid this place at all cost."
"Very horrible rude people! They do not know how to run a business and are so money hungry! They tried charging me $8 for local pick up. They made up an excuse! Ridiculous do not shop here.... thank for trying to scam me. Bad business!"
