"First time here at Skechers in Pearland. I like the merchandise displays and it has lots of parking. This store seems to be bigger than other ones in Houston. I am very particular about my shoes. "Came in to shop and lights were completely cut off 20 minutes before closing time while I was still making my selections. Poor customer service and plenty of other reviews to back this up, followed by empty apologies. Replace the problem manager if you’re really “sorry”. There should be no reason that a store closes at 9 and the lights are completely cut off at 8:40."
"It was pretty much as expected, lots of shoes and no sales people on the floor to help. Once I figured out it was do it on your own, I went with it. What was really funny or nice was customers helping each other... With getting things, putting things back. Maybe that's there strategy."
