"I took my husband a suit while he was in the dressing room just so he could try on the pants. The lady working there said told me not to mix up suit sizes because people do that there all the time. I told her that wasn't what I was doing. She then took the suit and told me she could hang it up as if I couldn't handle it. My husband and I told her that their customer service was bad and the first words out of her mouth were "first of all". Very rude and I wouldn't recommend. I wouldn't spend a dime in there."
"I was disappointed when I came in here on 12/20/21 around 345p with the customer service. I was looking for suits for the groomsmen through Jim’s formal wear, which indicated that suit ware house was a partner. When I walked in the store I asked the salesman if this location is a partner. He responded no. I said oh, well I thought you all were partners, it says that on the website. He then rudely responded to me “ that’s not my job to fix that on the website.” ….Sir, I am aware of that. Don’t we all wish we can say what we would like to our customers? But this comment could have been kept to himself. He should have just replied well I am sorry, we are not partners but how can I help you today. I could have just purchased suits from there but I decided to go with another business due to the rudeness and poor customer service."
