"If you have been sleeping on this place then wake up. The brisket is tender and not at all dry. It has an excellent crust full of flavor. Every side is made with passion for detail. The atmosphere is very cool with games for the kids or adults ."
"Excellent BBQ here in Granbury! Stopped in for lunch and had their BROWN SUGAR sweet tea, chopped brisket sandwich and a side of potato salad. All were delicious! I really appreciate how the ingredients are selected to create “craft” BBQ, not just your average plate of smoked meat and cheaply-made sides. From the quality pickles, red onions and savory bun on the sandwich, to the brown sugar in the sweet tea, excellent lunch! I highly recommend this hidden gem off 144 near the Comanche Harbor/Indian Harbor neighborhood entrances."
"The brisket was juicy goodness and it was nice to see sides with a little bit of a twist! The truffle Mac n cheese, Jalepeno corn, and ginormous pork stuffed popper were the bomb! Love a quirky BBQ joint with friendly staff and an inviting atmosphere. I was able to snap a quick pic when I walked in, but didn't want to intrude on the other clients. Lot's more to see! Update: keeps getting and better. Ribs are Outstanding!"
"This place is an absolute gem. 3 things about this place 1 the portions more than justify his prices. Most places I can eat a three meat plate no problem. Ordered the two meat plate here and had to ask for a box with plenty leftover to cover dinner so come HUNGRY. 2 when you start enjoying Michael’s BBQ you notice there a lot of love and attention put into his product from smoker to plate (no liquid smoke here it is the real deal!) 3 atmosphere they have put a lot of work into this spot to make it look great! I also really dig the tunes he has playing in the dining room. But don’t just take my word for it come by and try for yourself. I promise you won’t regret it."
