"The evening shift is a joke! Had me Park after seeing 4 cars pull off with their food. When I only ordered three burgers I went inside. While inside watched Five more get their food and pull off. Only ordered a double cheeseburger Another double cheeseburger ketchup and Onions only and a cheeseburger with only ketchup and a medium fry and a sweet tea. My double cheeseburger with ketchup and onions only turned out to a double cheeseburger with ketchup and Mayonnaise only. But the receipt showed what I ordered.... Day shift is not bad evening shift. I will never pull forward again until I get my order. After I've paid for it. Don't ask me! This is not the first time just over it Micky do something about your evening shift!!! Please"
"The staff were nice but the food was awful My chicken sandwich was one huge ligament and it was slipping off my teeth and it was gross. They were also out of sweet tea. Again, great service but management needs to get the food under control."
"They charge you the $5+ for the large mocha but pour small or medium into the cup.. No other location has done that to me. The food was fine. (Pic is before any sips) Service was terrible. Three points of communication and the one making the mocha took her frustration out on me. I never changed my order, I corrected them at both windows when they asked. The speaker and screen was right so I don't know how it even became complicated for them.."
