"Dropped in on a Saturday morning for an oil change and a state inspection, I was told no problem we can fit you in. Within 2 1/2 hrs my car was done, In process they noticed some underskirt pins missing and brought it to my attention for approval to make the necessary repair. The service from beginning to end was, Quick, Profesional and I would recommend Auto Max as a competent, Profesional and dependable auto repair shop."
"I used to love this place, but the last experience I had, which was a day or two ago made me change my mind about this place. I Ask about a heart the new manager there said he'll find the part for me. I specify what part I was looking for. He understood what I was saying. I told him not to order the part until I come up there to make sure we were on the same page, but he still ordered the part. So I finally came in to get the car fixed they fixed something that I didn't ask him to fix and when I asked him why they didn't fix the other part I requested he said when he was looking for the part, people only gave him a quote for A different part And proceeded to take my money, and the part that I asked to be fixed is still not fixed. So if you're a woman, I don't recommend this Place without a Man coming up there with you, making sure that people are not taking advantage of you. I'm done with this place it's been two years and I loved every bit of it until the new manager came."
