"Absolutely rude! The manager clearly hates and resents her customers. Two new hires who are absolutely dead pan android humanoids. Customers were lining up inside and the staff ignored practically everyone. Manager stayed hidden in the back until one android went to the back to get her to provide some help. Ridiculous.......been going there for six plus years. Will never set foot in there again!!!!!!"

"Absolutely exceeded expectations. I woke up this morning distraught to find that my phone wouldn’t turn on, and headed to the nearest phone repair center. That ended up being Batteries Plus, and I’m grateful that it was. Nathan, who does repairs, was able to fix my phone for a fraction of the price that I had been quoted by another store. The associate who was working at the time (whose name I don’t remember) also provided excellent customer service. These two treated me with upmost respect and professionalism. The store was clean and well-organized. I would recommend this Batteries Plus location to anyone needing phone repair, or any of the other services that they offer."

"Good selection. Great service. I needed a motorcycle battery. I'd gotten an old/bad battery at a different location. Kai tested the bad battery then exchanged it with one off the shelf (manufactured this year). Kai tested it for me to ensure proper voltage and cold cranking amps before I left the store. Bike fires like a champ again."

"Darian was amazing. I called asking about a car battery replacement on a Sunday morning and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He looked up what I needed and let me know it was in stock. I arrived about an hour later and he remembered my call. He helped replace the battery quickly on the spot. Given the stressful situation of a dead car battery, I very much appreciated having someone so kind and helpful."

"I came in here looking for a special battery for my light up Mohawk for my motorcycle and kai and Jonathan help me out. They even offer to use a tester battery to test my Mohawk that I just bought on eBay to make sure that I wouldn't be spending money on a battery that I didn't need which is very helpful. They're very kind and polite this place is amazing I'm used to batteries Plus I've used them whenever there's a battery that you can't find anywhere else they usually have it and come to find out this place actually rebuilds some batteries Even for my tools. They have car batteries and all kinds of stuff that I didn't even know. I definitely highly recommend this place and to go see these two guys. I will be coming back here"
