"I went with a carry on tire that was brand new that has a nail in it. The guys had told me that they had stop doing tires at 6 but that it was fine he’ll still fit me in. I had thanked him and told him sorry for coming out past the time the tires were already done. He takes my tire takes it to the back to patch up comes back and tells me the tire is no good it’s better to get a new one. I said it’s already knew the puncture wasn’t a big puncture just a little one I couldn’t understand why my tire was not fixable so I took to another Walmart. They patch it up no Problem what’s so ever. If you didn’t want to do It there was no need to sign me up and say it wasn’t fixable trying to get me to buy a new tire"

"I never had issues with Walmart oil changes just be aware when you go to this location what I thought was playing for a platinum Pennzoil oil change and of finding out that they use Castro that's not what I asked just be aware you look at your paperwork when you do check out I had to wait another hour and a half I already called corporate office but it's ridiculous that's not right"

"I arrived for my appointment on Sunday morning, the worker informed me that he was unable to change my oil because my phone number was not on the work order. When I looked at the work order i saw all of my information email, address, name everything on the work order except my phone number. I pulled up my confirmation email and showed him. He huffed and said well we can do it, but it will just be a while. Mind you there was only one other vehicle getting their oil changed and about 5 workers standing around and 3 walking into there shift to start the day. I told the worker I needed my oil changed and please put me in, he said the wait is going to be an hour to 2 hours, I told him fine. Once he started to enter all my information in his tablet, his manager yelled at him from across the garage and called him over. The worker came back and asked me to move my veh to the side. Once I backed up and moved my veh and put it in park the manager yelled at me from across the garage to fix my veh it was facing the wrong way. After both employees were extremely rude to me, i just said to myself forget it and go somewhere else. I was not going to put my veh in there hands so they can sabotage it. I did not use the services at walmart and will not be using them in the future. No one apologized and no one reached out to me. Horrible service"
