"I stopped by to browse around at parts for my 1967 mustang. I specially wanted to see what they had in the way of dash pads. Long story short, there was a used one hanging on the wall for a 67’. After talking at length with the owner about it, he repeatedly told me that it was an original dash. To me it was worn, but for an original dash in decent shape, so I bought it. After getting it home and cleaning some dust from the back I uncovered a “California Mustang” imprint. A reproduction dash! I called the owner, I think his name is Mark, and he offered no apology and said “well, I thought it was original, but it’s yours now.” I even asked if I could return it for a lower price than I paid and was refused. He was very short with me on the phone. I am disappointed that he didn’t offer to make it right. Makes me wonder, if he has been in the business for so long how is he not able to tell an original part from a reproduction? I feel scammed and lied to."

"I’ll preface this with this is a review for work done in 2010: I brought my 1965 Ford Mustang in for a new transmission and clutch. After reviewing my options, we decided on a brand new Ford Racing transmission and Ford Racing King Cobra clutch. Fast forward 8 years (and ONLY 5K miles) and I’m having to replace both. My new mechanic brought me into the shop to show me the CLEARLY rebuilt transmission and bottom of the line, cheap clutch. This shop clearly lied to me and took advantage of my trust. I just hope they’ve changed their business practices since then and no one else gets ripped off like it did."
