"First time going in here, this week. Made a decent amount of cash for items I no longer needed. It took longer than expected, but it was worth the wait. Next time I'll actually browse."
"Our first time there & walked in 3 times 1st: walked in just to find out they had to be folded & NO HANGERS!! So we walked back out to the vehicle folded the clothes 2nd: soon as we walked in we were told “they had to be in a bag” walked back out, a nice lady gave us a bag as she was walking to her vehicle 3rd: walked in she asked “do you have another bag?” We said “no” she said “we will take it this time but next time make sure you bring a good bag incase we wanna return items we use the same bag” So heads up for the people who never been here make sure you call to ask questions, i didn’t cause i thought they would not be this picky about hangers & bags, oh and make sure you have your ID, i didnt have to pull mine out cause we decided to donate the clothes after everything but they will need your ID"
"I had a great experience selling here and have come in a few times before to shop. The staff was kind and I appreciate that they let you see what they wanted to buy before committing. They also folded everything back unlike other locations that return your items unfolded."
"Kinda interesting to read all the sour comments about selling at Plato’s. Had a great experience selling this week, I was offered $250 for a tote of items. I think the main thing is to be realistic about the clothing your trying to sell there. You can’t expect to get top dollar selling brands that don’t hold value. For example Lululemon holds value better then Nike in athletic wear, and Rock Revival holds valve better then Levi’s in denim. I love this Plato’s for selling and shopping, always good deals to be found. I would just recommend not getting your hopes up when you go to sell Forever 21 and other fast fashion type brands."
"Great place to take my daughter for great gently used clothing. Staff is wonderful too... Standing waiting at the door on Sunday just to see the new deals."
