"Purchased 2 polos and a t-shirt. Received the shipment and was missing the La Flecha Blanco Polo. I have reached out 3 times to the customer service email on the website and no one has got back to me on where my missing polo is. I love the product and the fit but I paid for 2 polos and only have 1 to show for it and no support from customer service."
"I am giving a 2 star because Ancer is my favorite golfer but I have purchased Black Quail before and I like the hat material for Mexico Olympics and Flecha Azul caps. But recently I needed to exchange a black Flecha Azul hat that was defective[Order Number: 54949] and the support e-mail they have is not the best at communication as they reply back 5 days later(if they do). Black Quail finally sent me a UPS label for exchange, I sent the defective cap back and it arrived Tuesday 10/5 to them. Their customer service(support e-mail) never responds to emails to track your exchange item back after I have sent 2 e-mails to them, their lack of communication is horrid and when they respond is somewhat rude. All I want is my Flecha Azul cap(as I have sent the original cap back) and they still have my money from the first hat! I honestly think having a phone line to them would make life a lot easier than just writing e-mails. So please get your size right before ordering because trying to get an exchange or return. Good Luck"
"Love the products. The shirts and shorts fit perfect. That said, my original order number 55018. My order was shipped and my credit card was charged however, the "Jet Setter" shirt was not in the shipment. I have emailed customer service with no response as of yet. Will you be sending me the Jet Setter in size Large or should I return all of the items as they were shipped to me? Please respond ASAP as my original email was sent one day last week. Thanks, DS"
"I purchased a golf polo for my husband as a Christmas gift. My husband is a size large in every other manufacturer for golf shirts. He was super happy when he received this as a present, but unfortunately it was too big. My husband is 6’ 1” 175lbs. I emailed the company to complete an exchange, but they emailed me back ‘all sales are final, thanks for understanding’. So disappointed with their lack of customer service. I wasn’t trying to get a refund, just an even exchange for the correct size. For a first time customer, this was a rather harsh response."
