"We had an appointment for a sizing and the only worker kept helping customers who came in after with no appointments. The worker did not care and had a poor attitude. We waited an hour past appointment time and still no service, absolutely horrible organization."

"The workers are very nice. I was just measured incorrectly. The worker just took my neck size into consideration when recommending a dress shirt. For plus size people, a lot more goes into it. He never measured my chest or stomach area. When I realized that the shirt won't fit, they did quickly and promptly refund the purchase. Plus, recommended the plus size store a few stores down. They definitely are not unprofessional. They just need to be more realistic with their measurements. A 300 pound person is not going to fit into a size 18 or 20 dress shirt. Common sense will go a long way."

"I've gotten several custom suits from Men's Warehouse and It's always been such a wonderful experience. Such a great team and I've gotten tons of compliments on the quality of their suits. The employees truly are experts in fitted suits and make you feel like "royalty" while getting measured. I'll always continue to get my suits from Men's Warehouse. Don't listen to the 1 star reviews sometimes it takes a while to get service due to the amount of time it takes to attend customers individually. Most 1 star reviews are from impatient customers or their own faults. I've been a customer since 2018 and have had excellent service. Once for my wedding and groomsmen and 4 custom suits."

"Terrible staff, could not be bothered to help me get a suit, called the number 5 minutes later can’t get a hold of anyone just some ridiculous music that invites the caller to get creative with faul language… if I could give it negative score I would…. Painfully obvious that the problem is higher than at store level…. Try some of the stores at the mall they won’t treat you like you walked into the restroom stall they are using."

"My wife had set up an appointment to go and select colors and styles and the person on the phone told her to have all my groomsmen there at the same appointment. When we get there the man helping us constantly complained about us all being there and not just the bride and groom. So they measured everyone and had us pick up the tuxes three days before the event and 2 groomsmen had gotten pants way too small because the guy that measured them ordered them too small on purpose? And the other 2 were given pants so short that they had to add three inches to the legs. So we sent one guy to get his fixed and the store closed early that day. To make it even worse every single tux came wrinkled. I have several friends who are planning on getting married soon and I can promise that I will steer them far away from this business."
