"These batteries are NOT rebuilt. They only clean them up and add new acid. They will give you a 6 months warranty but when your battery die within the warranty period you need to bring your battery in and leave it for one or two days so they can test it and they will let you know if they will exchange it or not. TWO days without your car. NOT WORTH IT Go to Walmart and pay a little more for a NEW battery with a 3 YEAR WARRANTY. You bring your battery in wihile under warranty and Walmart will give you a new battery on the spot. No questions asked. I hate Walmart but you can't beat this deal and you will be back on the road in no time. No need to wait two entire days for them to tell you if the battery is good or not. I have bought 3 batteries from Batteries Specialists in the last year. Two of them we dead in less than six months. The last one lasted three weeks and they gave me a hard time and did not exchange the battery. I then took my loss and went to Walmart and spent 120 dollars on a new battery with a 3 year warranty. Back on the road in no time and I'm very happy. If you still want to spend less and buy your next battery at this place, do it at your own risk. Don't count on their BS 6 month warranty. You won't be getting a replacement if you need it replaced STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS"

"They declined service because I arrived 7 minutes before they closed. Horrible customer service. The employees have to close the system until 6 which was their closing hour. But they close the system before so they can leave early. As a retail manager this customer service and those actions are against policy. Higher ups should punish the horrible management."

"Came in 5 minutes before they closed and was refused service because they “had already shut their system down”. I understand that going in at this time was a huge inconvenience but so was my car battery dying so far away from home. Needless to say, I was very disappointed that the employee wouldn’t help me. On top of that, he just laughed when I said they weren’t closed yet. Where’s the customer service? Thanks for nothing Gabriel."

"I needed a battery for my car and searched in my area, came across this place that offers new and reconditioned batteries. After finding out they are the sister company to the store I normally go to on Alameda in Socorro I gave them a try. I was glad I stopped in, Gabriel was very helpful in offering me a battery showing me the problem with my current battery and replaced my battery after cleaning the posts as well. I wasn't expecting this service but sure was glad this placed helped out. Was real quick too stopped by during my lunch break and was back to work on time."
