"I live in Franklin, TN. Sadly, we don't have an abundance of local options when it comes to shopping for nice western boots. I was seeking a nice pair of Rios of Mercedes Ostrich boots, so I had to look online. I'm not the easiest guy to fit for shoes/boots, so needless to say, ordering boots "long distance" was slightly unsettling. However, thanks to the online team at The Texas Boot Company (Alexis in particular), the process was amazingly smooth. The support, level of attention, and guidance provided were stellar. Simply put, I cannot imagine that if you are shopping for a pair of western boots that you will find a better alternative. Alexis and The Texas Boot Company have earned my trust and continued business. I highly recommend these guys! "Probably the best boot store in Texas. I’ve been to a few including Allen’s in Austin and the usual chain stores. But this is a different level. Recently expanded floor space. Great knowledgeable staff who pay attention and actually know about the products they are selling. They also have a great website and instagram account. They now stock Resistol and Hyer cowboy boots as well as there traditional stock of good Texan boots including R Watson, Anderson Bean, Olathe and HorsePower. Definitely worth stopping in for boots. As well as hats."
