"Me, my fiance, and about ten other shoppers were in store on NYE doing last minute shopping. With 12 minutes left until they closed the workers turned off all of the lights and radio, hadn’t greeted us when we came in and wouldn’t say anything or answer any questions after they turned all the lights off on us either. I have no problem with a store closing early on a holiday, but there was over ten minutes left until they closed and they could’ve at least said something, anything, besides rudely not greeting us, turning the lights off, and refusing to answer any questions. Will literally drive an extra hour out of my way from now on to spend my money at a different rue 21 rather than spend my money here ever again. So unprofessional. The photo attached was taken at 5:56pm, when they still had 4 minutes until they were supposed to close."

"Not one employee that was just standing around greeted me when I entered the store. Not one employee offered or asked if I needed help finding anything. Even though it was pretty obvious that I was in need of assistance. This particular store is always out of everything. The prices for the quality is absolutely highway robbery IMO. The ONLY I rate 3 stars is because I did find & purchase a power puff girls hoodie it was extremely overpriced but I love, love, love the Powerpuff girls! If not for that I'd rate 0 stars if I were able to"

"Very bad customer service.The cashier asked another employee to call a manager and stops to talk to a group of employees . The whole time the manager is in the group of employees talking away.Have me waiting until they stop talking. The girl employees are touching the male employee on his chest and the manager there the whole time. Come on there's customers and children in the store."

"The Women who work here are awesome! I can't remember the name of the lady who helped me... but she sat there for 30 minutes trying help my find these jeans in my size! She called other stores. Tried to help me find them online! Thank you for helping me get my amazing new jeans!"
