"Bastrop Texas HD. This WAS my go to store for all my home improvement needs for 20 years.The service at this store continues to deteriate. No help on load outs. Poor trained workers. Last special order came in no call, txt or email to me. Was paid for in advance. I went to pick it up not there. Customer service desk said they dont have call me txt me or email me when order comes in. Money was return from my special order I wasted one month waiting. Poooooor Customer Service. Nothing changed the cater to the illegals more than anything else at this store. Update 1/1724 my second time in store to pick up online order 4 people in line. One person working behind the counter stayed on the phone for 10 minutes. Still poor customer service"
"This Home Depot is absolutely Hands down the worse ever, we bought flooring last night paid for it so we could pick it up today, and some idiot put it back on the shelf to resell it, then when we got it off the shelf they gave us a box of broken flooring, I'm so mad right now, it's obvious they care vety little about Customer service, then we go out to load our flooring in our truck and we see a lady loading bags of cement in her SUV and a home depot employee pases by and doesn't even attempt to help her, so my husband went and loaded it in her car for her. Absolutely horrible Customer Service at this Home Deopt."
