"On this visit I was disgusted at the lack of customer service. Our cashier didn't acknowledge our presence,didn't even look up,and ignored my attempt at conversation. Then when we were leaving, one anti theft tag had been left on so we returned and another employee said " Yeah we yelled at you but you kept leaving". No apology,no nothing. Very disgusted at the lack of customer service."
"besides the store being super messy even when it’s not holiday season, the workers were rude when the registers stopped working. Instead of trying to fix it they started saying comments about the customers and how they shouldn’t be shopping so late if they’re in a rush."
"Just left this place. Tried returning an item, but they would not take it because THEY wrote down the wrong number on the bottom of the shoe.The tags were removed, and I even had the receipt! The manager basically called me a liar with the wrong receipt. I had to call customer service to inquire what to do. The manager told customer service she would have to look at the surveillance camera. When I returned she took my receipt, was gone roughly five minutes, came back and rudely told me to go to another associate to handle my refund. No apology (which would have been nice) but, I hope the manager learned NOT EVERYONE LIES."
"The place is dirty and messy :( Nobody bothers to pick up the items that are on the floor, including clothing and other items."
"I love the prices at Ross. Just make sure the item fits you well before purchasing. Sometimes they are made a little funky. This one is pretty messy all the time and harder to find stuff. But not the worst store I’ve seen. Staff is friendly and helpful. Never had any issues there. Recommend if your trying to snag the deals."
