"We ordered a washer 2 days ago at the store . There was 3 workers in the appliance area . They told us the washer would be in yesterday so we stop by. It was on the second truck of the day so we couldn’t get it. Stop by today . Now we are told that washer was on hold for another person so we can’t get it again. The manager said now it won’t be in for another 5-6 days . We were told the night we ordered it that it was not on hold for anyone. Either you need a better system OR train your employees. The manager was unhelpful and basically offered nothing. They don’t keep anything in stock so the manager said because corporate wants you to order from the hub. If we cancel and re order to deliver we will be charged more money for delivery and we work so that’s not option. Or drive 45 minutes to another town and get it. Very disappointed in Lowe’s right now . As the manager did nothing to assist really or make the situation any better at all. Some re training on client engagement really needs to happen."

"If I could give this a negative 5 stars I would. We ordered a sliding glass door in August. Every month it was delayed. Finally showed up and delivered end of November. Installer comes out. WRONG SIZE! Picked back up almost 4 weeks ago. NOBODY has reached out and tried to correct this. It has been a constant run around to even get an answer on what is being done. So fed up tried to cancel order today and told we can’t. That Lowe’s has the right to make things right. Are you kidding me!!! You’ve had 5 months. And you can’t even return a phone call! Worst store and service ever. DO NOT order anything from this store. We will never do business here again. I just want my money refunded to me so I can go to someone who actually can get the job done."
