Jersey Mike's Subs

"I love Jersey Mike's and I come pretty frequently and I usually order online for pick up. Not sure I will being doing that again. I arrived early this time and was able to observe everything. I knew the hot sandwich was the hold up so I looked over at the grill and noticed an employee eating out of a Styrofoam food container while in gloves. I was waiting for those gloves to be removed and and hands cleaned prior to returning to the food on the grill but unfortunately that did not happen. I then watched him touch multiple items on the line before I got another employees attention to point it out. No one said anything they Quietly walked over to the employee that was cross contaminating the food who then changed his gloves without washing his hands and went right back to it and No one said anything. I then asked for a refund because I had just witnessed everything and it's gross and guess who the person in charge was. You guessed it the cross contaminater. This location definatly needs some re-education in proper food safety and hand hygiene. The employees were very nice about it but the issue was already witnessed. People are watching even when you think they are not. Hopefully this gets addressed quickly."

"Ever since I found this place, I often come here to buy Mike's Famous Philly bread. Even though I know the prices here are not cheap. In the beginning, the food here was very delicious. Not too salty, not too sour, and not too sweet either. But in recent months, especially yesterday on October 25, 2023, I bought a sandwich with the same name for lunch at my workplace. But oh my! I couldn't swallow it after taking two bites. It was saltier than the deep sea water. I had to eat and drink a lot of lemonade to wash down the two pieces of bread I accidentally bit into. I don't understand who makes these dishes? Do they taste them before serving them to customers? I feel like I'm either ruining my stomach or having to go to the hospital because of high blood pressure. If this situation continues, I might have to leave this place to find somewhere else for my meals."

"Best subs you can get made my order on their app was not ready when I got there even though the app said it was then when it was ready never called my name I had to ask"

"Stopped in with my daughter for a quick bite. Store was in disarray. Food on counter at register and all over the floor. Wrappers on various tables with spilled food. Meanwhile two employees standing around with arms folded watching the guy cook bacon for my sandwich for 10 min since they let it run out. Not once did anyone come out and clean. Got home and bit into sandwich and almost got sick. A very bad smell coming from the roast beef or the Swiss. I tossed it and just ate the chips. It's sad things have gone downhill so bad because I really like Jersey Mike's."

"All employees should wear masks and hair nets or hats. Food is good. Look at these clowns. Also, just because you cover up your disgusting meat window doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be cleaned. Just gross, seriously. Update; the last couple of times I have been in 4 out of 5 employees were wearing masks and all were wearing hats! Food is still great and the meat window was visible and clean. The slicing machine was also being cleaned during a relatively busy time, which is great also. Credit where it’s due, thank you"
