"I was missing all of the extra 8 sauces we ordered. The driver said they should be in the boxes (which they weren't). My pizza was also missing the extra toppings I had ordered. I immediately tried calling Papa John's and was met with being on hold for over 15 mins with no answer, so I gave up. Since I live in Manor, it's not worth trying to go there directly. Won't be ordering from them again."

"I ordered a carry out pizza by phone, the guy who took my order told me would be ready in 15 minutes and how much it would cost me. When l got to the store, they didn't even have my order in the system. They started a new order.For some reason that l don't understand, the guys who were making g the pizza, delayed about 10 minutes to put my pizza in a box and give it to me, Making me wait for it unnecessarily. I was watching them and they didn't care. They knew l was waiting for it. It was ready but they just wouldn't put my in a box, they just left her on the counter while they were chatting"

"PJ's has to get rid of their contracted delivery. The last 5 orders have been late, missing food, and even pieces of my order missing! I have total sympathy for the store managers because I am sure they are losing money and customers because they can't maintain quality delivery and have to remake orders or give credit. DoorDash is the delivery service that are responsible for my poor service ratings. I just can't give them another chance when someone has eaten food out of my box. I was on hold for over 45 min. and no response at the store. Sharing pics. Note that the sides around the missing piece is soft so the food was taken out after it was baked."

"When you order pizza you expect cheese and the meat to be on the pizza but not tonight. On multiple pieces we only got the sauce. Then onto the wings. 6 pc wings shouldn’t just have a tiny bone and get called a wing. Would have taken it back if I wasn’t 15 minutes from the location. SMH do better."

"I drove all day for work and finally settled into my hotel. This location closes at 10pm and I placed my order online at 9:15pm. I got my delivery (Sunday night) at 9:50pm. The delivery driver was friendly. I ordered buffalo wings. Didn't taste good. They were soggy and not crispy. The PaPa bowl was awesome! Very impressed with it. I would order it again. I gave them 4 stars because the buffalo wings were not good."
