Pizza Hut

"Have been a customer as well as a former GM for Pizza Hut and today by far was the worst experience I have had. Driver called and showed him how to get to my apartment received the order and noticed that only half of the order was present. Driver went back and had to retrieve the other half. Upon arrival with other half that half was missing half. I ordered salads with my pastas and received no dressings. To some no big deal we'll I kinda payed for it was expecting it. Called store was told in the most crude way that because it was only dressings that they can't do anything for me.....To them I was a burden a problem and was even told that they could not and would not give me the name of the GM so I could speak with them. So I was offered Pizza Hut Credit. For compensation. After this visit which way too long to type I won't be back and asked if I could have credit back to my account was told no. So sad that this is what this great company y has now become. Where the customer is wrong and the customer is a burden....trulybsad."

"We ordered two personal sized pizzas. They put black olives on mine while I asked for pineapples. So I asked for a side of pineapple and they offered me a free drink."

"I did not physically go into this location. We ordered online from this location on 12th in Pflugerville. We're NOT disappointed; the freshness and taste have been exceptional each time! The Big Box Meal is our favorite good price! Thank you cooks who take pride in their work and make you come back for more ... yummy! ha ha The delivery time is wonderful too!"

"The quality of the pizza varies widely depending on whether or not you order carryout. If delivered the pizza is under cooked and under sauced. I'm assuming this is because they know they aren't going to face the customer. Even worse, they will put your order through doordash seemingly at random and without asking first. Also every time my order is rerouted through doordash part of my order is missing and pizza hut does nothing about it. They don't replace or refund the items or compensate you at all."

"$50 order of big NY and breadsticks. 2/3 toppings missing (no sausage or peppers) called and was offered $15 off my next order that I’ll never make. Manager was a jerk. Get he’s probably a 20 yr old kid, but jeepers creepers. He did offer to send out another pizza after he hung up on me and I called him back. Guessing it’ll have an extra topping of spit, so throwing the 2nd pie away in front of them."
