"Great pizza! Big slices, fresh ingredients, and good service. I really liked the man who took our order. He was older and I think was the night manager. I told him that this was me and my husband's first time to order. He made sure to check back with me after eating the pizza to see how we liked it. He wanted to know and he was glad we enjoyed ourselves. I liked that personal interest he showed. Made us feel welcome and special."

"I ordered through Grubhub delivery service. Ordering a large pizza, regular crust, pepperoni, sausage, green/black olives, jalapeño, mushrooms and green peppers and 20-piece chicken wings with sweet spicy sauce. When my order came I received; Large cheese pizza and the correct wing order but the wrong sauce. Being tired and hungry I phoned Marco’s Pizza and out of frustration I was not happy , after getting an unprofessional response from the “Shift Manager,” I became rude myself. And I was wrong. After evaluating my email receipt and measuring it by the actual cost and what I paid. I was charged accordingly to what I received. I can’t fathom why the system didn’t tally what I actually ordered. An overview of the taste, quality of food and how it was prepared. Pizza: Italian flavor comes through well enough, but it would have been tastier if I had of received what I was attempting to order. Chicken wings: juicy and fried to perfection but they have absolutely no flavor or seasoning to flavor them. Please season your chicken a day prior to cooking and your business will gain value from your efforts. The chicken taste like chicken. No salt or seasoning!"

"I've had this pizza twice now, and I'll say it tastes great! Finding hair baked into the crust that you can dangle it from isn't ideal... I understand it happens, although I recall many of the employees hair being worn down. (Not tied up or in a hair net.) As someone with experience in the food industry, I'd say that's a lack of responsibility on management. Simply put, please take an assessment and do better."
