Domino's Pizza

"Well heck, last time they burnt one of my pizzas, so Juan said he would put a free one on my account. Today I called to get my free redo and Derrick answered kinda rude and frantic. I know about anxiety but maybe try to take a break or put me on hold before answering no need to be rude I just said nvmd he's obvi in a bad mood and I don't want food from that energy. I'll have to write corporate I don't want my free pizza confined to this one store. I'll go for another. The folks on other side of wells branch are always pleasant !!!! Update: I went back with a note in hand to order, so I didn't have to engage with the guy or piss him off and still my order was not what was on my note. I asked for hand tossed, they gave me thin crust. I now only go to the other Wells Branch location. The Indian gent that works there is very pleasant and they make the perfect pizza. I hope management see these reviews and tightens things up a bit."

"Dominos has newer management that is determined to right the wrongs of past mistakes, like every thing it's a work in progress, but please allow us to learn from mistakes and strive to be more diligent to prevent them from happening again. The goal is to restore our relationship with our valued customers and to improve at every corner. The only way is up and there have been some major improvements happening since the new GM took over. He's an awesome manager that cares about his team and wants to help them succeed as well as improve customer satisfaction and service as a whole. Thank you so very much for your patience and understanding, we will put in the work to fix these avoidable issue in a timely manner. Give us another chance, there are times when we have staffing issues that put the store at a disadvantage. If you're interested we are hiring and looking forward to having like-minded, driven individuals to help us accomplish our overall goals. Thank you!"

"I have ordered from this location at least 3 times in the past few years and EVERY time the delivery is late, the food quality is abysmal, and the pizza is room-temperature when it gets here. They set the expectation for delivery at 37 minutes and are consistently 45 minutes - 1 hour later than that. Even when I complained on their site (and they credited me with points for my next order), THAT Pizza was late, not hot, and soggy. As I write this review, I just got another e-mail from them offering 50% off; but I wouldn't order again from Domino's if they paid me."

"Honestly so horrible!! I don't recommend. We waited a whole hour and still left with no pizza because they lost our food. The wait time was the worst part as we saw multiple people come and go with their food. To make matters worse, we even saw an ambulance at Burger King that came and left. Then not to mention they kept dropping multiple pizzas and putting them back. I also saw a weird black thing fall from the ceiling. Needless to say I will never be going back!"
