"Like all the other reviewers said, horrible customer service. I keep going in thinking the next time will be different, but no. I went in to look for a dress for a wedding I was going to out of state. I found a great dress, but the only one they had in my size was on a mannequin. This has happened before and at the other stores, they just take it straight off the mannequin, let me try it on and sell it to me. Not at this store. I took the initiative to remove it myself (maybe I should have asked), but once I went to go pay for it, they refused! They seemed so angry at the fact that I removed an item off a display for purchase. I know they switch them often so I don’t understand the frustration. No matter. They (after debating for a while) said they wouldn’t sell it to me. They had another one there, but just in a different size. They could have replaced it with that one. They had no others of that dress online. Which made no sense as to why they couldn’t just sell it. The girls behind the desk were not helpful at all. They were careless and seemed to not like their job. I put in a complaint through corporate and was told the store manger would be notified and that I would be contacted, but never was. Seems that they are all careless."

"I am not the one to leave negative reviews as I work in retail sales operations, and understand the difficulties of abiding by company policies as a store team member. This is now my second time trying to return something to this location and receiving no help. Today I went into this location and I did not have my receipt but I asked if they could pull it up using my phone number or email. Multiple times I provided my information and the manager on duty stated that she couldn’t find anything. I then asked if I could do a simple exchange or grab something else and she stated that was not allowed per company policy. I asked if there was anything she could do to help me and she said no. I then asked if there was a customer service line I could call in order to get my receipt, she said no but to try their website, and after I pushed back she pointed at a sign telling me to scan a QR code for their privacy policy. Not sure how that related to my needs. I completely understand if her system is failing her, and I respect her sticking to the company policy, but there is no excuse for poor behavior. I could tell I was not a priority in the store, as the employees mingled amongst each other, I felt pushed out of the store and there was no offer to help me resolve my issue. The support rep had me walk back into the location so she could resolve the issue for me over the phone. Brick and mortar still exists so guests can get the positive customer experience, I felt much more comfortable speaking to the support representative on the phone versus walking into this Abercrombie location. No need to have a store in this mall if your team cannot provide help, I will continue to shop online."

"I’m not the type to complain, but I literally didn’t receive any form or costumer service. The second I entered I didn’t feel comfortable or welcomed. I had a pick-up order, so I decided to try on my clothes. Every time, I would ask/talk to an associate they would look at me strange as if I asking for a huge favor. I wanted a bag to hold my stuff because it’s just very awkward to hold online package around the mall. But I was told they can’t hand out bags, which I understand. However, it’s not like I didn’t buy anything from the store if I have my online package that I just picked up."

"I am furious at the treatment and customer service showed by Brianna (Store Manager at the time) at The Woodlands, Texas Abercrombie & Fitch (# 11920) as she was extremely RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, SASSY ATTITUDE!! Being a LONG time customer for YEARS at all if your stores. I KNOW customers service!! I purchased two "8" (or infinity) perfume to try and after past purchases of the original Abercrombie to my surprise it was as watered down & poorly effective in the smell area of long lasting as the original smell i have purchased several times previous purchased being satisfied, I was allowed to walk out of the store without any care from the young, teenager manager.who could careless and smirked & laughed as i left to others there!"
