"Leah and I forgot the other ones name but they were both very helpful & friendly! I found all of my outfits for vacation here, so much cute stuff. Very welcoming atmosphere."
"My daughter found the perfect dress here for homecoming here so we bought it. When we got home she noticed there was a small rip at the top. So I took it back to the store. They didn't have her size so said all the could do was give me store credit. There was a girl who was training there and she found it on their website for me. I got excited and asked how we could do the exchange. They informed me they can't order to store and refused to give me a gift card to buy it online. I do not recommend buying from this store!"
"Absolutely amazing!! I every time I walk into the store and grab my first item, employees approach immediately to get a dressing room ready. The employees are incredible!! On Friday, When I was ready to try on the clothes I picked out, the team had additional selections they picked out for me to try on in the dressing room. They went as far to ask me what I was shopping for and came up with different ideas and suggestions. I ended up purchasing items that I myself did not pick out, but the girls pick out. For that I will be a repeat customer. It was a full team effort to give such great customer service, and you won’t find that at any other clothing store in the mall. You go girls!! I am not one to post reviews, but as much as I hate going to the mall, the ladies made it a much better experience. American Thread, keep it up!"
