"if i can rate 0 i will put absolutely 0 star. Came today at 7pm to curbside pick up my items. I checked in and waited for 1 hour. Nobody came out. During that 1 hour, i called the store, no one pick up. i checked in multiple times in case they do not see the check in. Still no one came out. During that I called Hollister customer service and the lady said they could not do anything, she told me my order is ready for pick up and the store number is correct. Also they are closing at 8pm. At 7:45, i called and kept checking in, no hope. at 7:55-7:58, the store is closing at 8, they hang up on me. they actually picked up once at almost 8, i keeps saying hello and nobody is saying anything. I do not want go in the store because of the covid . I have the screenshot of the calls (15 total) and the call they pick up and did not even say a word. This is not acceptable. I will not go back to shop there again. Definitely No"
"This one girl that works there is very rude!! Has a horrible attitude when she could have asked nicely! Please teach that girl some manners to be nicer to paying customers! Also tell her to put a smile on her face! Thank you"
