"Leaving this location at 5pm on Oct 1st 2023. Every employee that was at this location was unhelpful. Wasn’t greeted when I came in and the African American lady with the tired braids and black graphic tee shirt that was there walked by me several times and didn’t even offer to help me find what I was looking for when it was clear I was searching. Get better employees Lane Bryant because the ones there today are sorry."
"Worst experience ever at this location. I came in to get sized for a bra. The lady just measured me on the sales floor around everyone. Then she didn't help me find a bra. I still had my sweater and the bra I was about to buy when they took my stuff out the dressing room. They really need to work on their customer service skills. I ended going to the Meyerland location where I got better service. I will Never come to this location again"
