"The staff were very helpful and if you want a bargain formal dress this is your place! Picked up two dresses, a belt and awesome cowboy hat. Very good experience!"
"The selection and prices are great, but customer service is not their strong suit. The line to try on dresses took an hour and they moved us twice causing us to lose our place in line. In the dressing room they would not let any parents in the dressing room to help with dresses unless we were in the room (which is too small for two people). As a parent who wants to help their children pick an appropriate dress and take part in an important occasion with their daughter, it is very disappointing to be treated so rudely."
"TERRIBLE customer service. Viviana was very rude and had an ugly attitude towards me and my sister. We went in there looking for a dress and we found one for $83. I only had $80 cash so I told her that I’m doing $80 cash and the rest 3 dollars from my card. Viviana told me that their system was not working so my card was declined. I asked Viviana to hold the item for me and she made an ugly face as if was bothering her for asking her that. She then told me she can hold it till 9 so I told her I’ll be back soon with the $3. We went home and got the $3 and when we returned within 45 minutes and asked for the item on hold another associate told me that Viviana didn’t hold that item and that she had put the item back on the floor because my card was declined. I don’t understand why Windsor would hire someone so rude and unprofessional like her. She had a terrible attitude. She couldn’t even hold the item for 45 minutes while I went to get literally 3 dollars. But she was okay holding items for other people. Luckily Annika stepped in and helped us to find the item. Annika was very nice and professional and understood the situation. She handled it very well. If Viviana doesn’t fix her attitude Windsor is going to lose a lot of customers."
"Amazing experience at this store! Thank you Chloe for being amazing and helping a mom out who was having absolutely no luck on her daughter's school outfits. Chloe stepped up and asked a couple questions about my daughter and was able to help me bring home a full closet wardrobe of outfits for my daughter. She made my daughter's day and mine too. Staff like this is what makes a company."
