"My family and I were celebrating my birthday dinner here yesterday 11/12/2022 and my dinner was such a disappointment for my entire guests. We all ordered our food and drinks only to receive our plates with missing items that came with the dish. We were the only big party there with 3 other families not packed at all for the staff to tell us they ran out of those items. They should have let us know that before we ordered. No rice , no beans, and no shrimp. My sons fish was raw and my steak with onions were over cooked and burnt. The shrimp tacos had only one shrimp in them. We were beyond disbelief what we ordered. They also said when we reserved the table that mariachis would be there at 6p and that didn't happen. Mariachis never showed up. This the reason we went there. Management was called and took forever to come to our table. My brother in law went to look for the manager only to be given the round around It's like they knew we were upset and didn't want to acknowledge the situation. Manager finally came and said he would adjust the tab but still everyone walked out with an a big tab. The quality of this food was very poor and was not worth what we paid. If I could leave a negative star I would. I felt my birthday dinner was just ruined because the minute we saw the raw breaded fish we stopped eating afraid of getting food poisoning. We just wanted to pay and leave. And we did. I don't recommend this place. The quality if this restaurant has gone down."

"Seafood ?McAllen? This is a Must try . We had Whole Fish Fry ( Tilapia) and Battered Shrimp I wish they had an English Menu ( we later found out they had a digital one ! Fresh fish , good food and good service. We be back here in my next visit to McAllen , next month !"
