"First time I had Mr. Cool Air Conditioning for a service. Mr. Walter came in for a free estimate and I decided to move on and replace my furnace with him. Mr. Walter scheduled the replacement on a Saturday, they arrived at 8am and about 12pm they were done. Very professional, they used a carpet protector all the way from the entrance door to the attic and did not mess up with my floor and carpet. He gave me a price up front with no surprises. During the installation he mentioned that the return air box was not required and gave me a discount for not using it, this was a very honest move and I really appreciated it. I really recommend Mr. Cool Air Conditioning."
