"I love their spicy chicken, so I tried their special wing box deal. They were so small that they must have picked their smallest wing parts. The bbq sauce they were tossed in was good, most of their sauces are, the major problem was they had very little sauce on them. A big disappointment. Brought it to their attention and just got a shrug. Come on, Popeyes, you can't stay on top when you neglect to correct to make a dining experience what it was when you started years back. QC your chains, take that pride back."
"If you don't want to drive to the AIRTEX location, this is your next best* option for the area. Wait times can be unexplained and sporadic but at least food is good. . . . . *Every other location in this area is actually terrible"
"Horrible customer service. They have messed up on my order on multiple different occasions. This last time I went was never even greeted and stood at the counter as workers walked past me and didn’t acknowledge me. Only when another couple who were the same race as all of the workers walked in and were immediately greeted and their order was taken did I get any service. My mobile order that I placed an hour before I even arrived to the store had not even been picked. I will never go back to this location. Poor management, poor customer service. Food is disgusting."
"I stopped going to this particular Popeyes several years ago. I decided to give them another try. Bad decision. The food was cold, the biscuits were hard and old. How can you mess up the red beans and rice; it's pre-cooked? Never going to this location again. The guy at the drive-through window was rude (2/13/2024). Also, he forgot my plasticware. Place is Horrible"
"I ordered a 5 pc meal and received stale chicken strip that was ice cold and tough. I just don’t understand how hard it is to call or send a message that you don’t have an item so the customer can choose to order else where. I tried calling several times but only got a busy sound as if they took the phone off the hook. I am a very picky eater and don’t eat their chicken tenders at all so I’ve now wasted $20 on food that was not only incorrect but not fresh either. The least you all could’ve done was made sure my food was fresh since you knew I wasn’t getting what I ordered. I know the fries were fresh because the box was sweating from the steam. The chicken tender box was cold as ice and not one drop of sweat. Do better people are hungry and get angry when they are."
