"The waitress clearly did not want to be there. Very bad customer service from someone that is supposed to represent the company. Not everyone has the ability to work with customers, there's a lot going on. Waitress was rude, we were really uncomfortable, and at some point we were thinking if we did something that made her treat us that way. She wouldn't check on us unless I had to wave to call her. She asked if we were ready to order and left to grab something and left me talking alone! I asked her to come to my table because my husband needed a refill and she was talking to someone. She looked at me waving at her, came walking very slowly to my table and kept the conversation from a distance so when she got my table she was still talking to this person. Order came wrong, we informed her and she took it back to fix it at least, but her attitude was not worth it of a date for a Saturday night. No "please", no "thank you", no "sorry", none of the basic qualities for customer service we saw on her. Minimal interaction with us, her customers. We were rushing to eat our food and get out of there. Buffalo Wild Wings of Spring, Texas, please train better your people. You might as well just hire robots to bring our food, less complaints you will receive."

"Needed lunch after shopping took longer than I planned. I enjoyed the wings and fries, just what I needed before going and picking up food to keep me in for the upcoming cold weather. Know what they say, don't buy groceries when you're hungry. Love BWW"

"Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered take out. The fries were inedible and the wings had definitely sat out a long time. Worst part is no one answers the phone so you can't get a refund for food you can't eat. Never ordering here again."

"Our server was distracted and kinda wasn't sure of what to do. She needs to be trained on how to serve her customers. May be she is new? Got no issues other than that. Food is always delicious!"

"First time at this location. We had to wait 20-30 min to be seated(11 people) even though there were plenty of tables open. Had to ask multiple times for condiments or other items repeatedly. Food was typical bar, fried food. Tasty for sure. Will come back, not bad."
