"Long line outside. Joyless plastic interior. I don’t think anyone smiled the whole time I was there. The kiosk works great yet it will not print a receipt for you. The drink station was more of a mess than this overworked staff could do anything about. My order came out correct and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes."

"This visit was a couple of months ago. I went inside because I couldn't find a particular it on the mobile app that I wanted to order. Just so happens that the item I wanted was a special that the no longer had. But it took a little while for someone to actually acknowledge that I was there for me to ask. They did not do counter service and I had to order at the kiosk. Also, the dining area was dirty.; Trash on the floor, dirty tables, etc."
"Wow the quality of food at Taco Bell has gone down. Bland, tasteless, and overpriced. The hot sauce taste like flavored water now. Staff was polite. Establishment clean. No need to reign on them for corporate's mishap."
