"Was told my order was delivered and Ive been here at home waiting, but no one came.The young girl who said she was a manager was very inexperienced. She said door dashed delivered and gave the impression it wasn't her problem. Hello excuse me I was a manager for pizza hut for 25 years and I know delivery procedures and customer complaints. I also didn't order with door dash I order with the store/restaurant. And she didn't apologize and only offered to remake and said when her driver comes back from his delivery he will deliver ours. This is not pizza huts customer service policy. Hire right train right. Ugh not happy. When it did come it was incomplete and waited another hour for the rest. So it took over 3 hours . Yes I want a full refund !!!"
"Ordered online. Pickup was to be 25 minutes so I showed up about 30 minutes later. I was told they only had two people working and they hadn't made my order. This is the second time I've gone here. The first time the pizza was dreadful. I gave them a second chance and they couldn't even make the food."
"Look I understand that being in retail and in food is pretty stressful not only that but it could also be very demanding both physically as well as mentally but at the end of the day there is no real excuse for taking the bite out of someone else's food and putting it into the container and shipping it off like that what's worse it's not taking accountability for the quote unquote joke that you played on somebody who is just trying to eat honestly we've been ordering here for a while and this is never happened but it is kind of sad that they would go through the health violation like this to play a meaningless joke either way I wouldn't trust their food you don't know what else they'll do to it"
"I’m consistently disappointed in the cheese sticks when I order from this location. For the lack of cheese you find on them, you’re better off just ordering and paying the price of regular breadsticks. ☹️"
"It was a good experience for me. The pizza came out nice. I ordered 2 large pizzas: 1 stuffed crust pepperoni and 1 vegetarian stuffed crust. The order came on time. I ordered at 5:45pm on a Thursday. I have attached pictures as well. They delivered it to my home."
