"We’re in town from Utah & wanted some BBQ before we left town. Found this hidden place. We came because of the great reviews and it held the standard. Nice employees & owner. Had all 3 meats. Favorite was the ribs, they truly did fall off the bone just picking them up. 2nd was brisket. Our 3rd was the sausage. All 3 were fantastic that’s just our ranking on preference. Sides were amazing. Corn, beans, & potato salad all great. Then finished with banana cream pie which was a game changer. Everything great. Worth going."

"The sliced brisket sandwich was perfect. The meat was peppery and smokey and really didn’t need sauce, but the BBQ sauce compliments the sandwich well. The paprika potato salad could use more pepper and mustard, but it was still good. I will be back—hidden Gem."
