"I ordered the “new” garlic guajillo steak as my protein option for my bowl. What they gave me was more like jerky. The meat was not fresh, it was cold and it looked like it was sitting out all day or maybe from the previous day. Someone making the bowl obviously thought this meat looked fine to eat. It was inedible and I had about 15 little pieces of it in my bowl. I ended up picking out the pieces of dried up meat and throwing them away bc I would not even give this to my dog. If you are picking up your meal in the drive thru check it before driving away."
"Oh Chipotle! Came here for a quick dinner after the movies. I had the steak bowl and my husband the pollo asado bowl. Both bowls had good flavor and it was fresh. For cleanliness, I will give this Chipotle location a half star. It is very dirty, papers on the floor. Most of the tables were dirty. I had to clean our table in order to eat our dinner. The trash can and recycling cans were all filled up to the top. Overall, food and service was good but this location needs to get better at keeping the place clean for its customers."
"First time, I did not have any concern. The staff who prepared my bowl was very nice, polite, and friendly. She speaks Spanish. Love the service she provided me. She has great customer services skills, the cashier needs to improve them. The bowl was nice and we'll done . The flavor was delicious and fresh. For lunch time in place was a great experince."
