"I tried to use a coupon for a cinnamon roll and the employee didn’t know how to use it. He told me that the coupon wasn’t working, then I asked for a manager so he or she can help me and the employee said he was the manager but didn’t offer any solution. I read here a coupple of reviews about the coupons. Cinnabon needs to do something about it!!!"

"I went to this location and had never been there. I was greeted with a friendly face and a clean location! All the tables were clean and the fountain drinks were nice and organized. I got the turkey sandwich with the original chips! My sandwich was nice and hot and so delicious. As I was sitting down one of the employees walked outside and started sweeping the immediate area. I was so surprised. Someone that truly likes there job. I will definitely be going back to this location."
