"Ordered via the app. Checked in when I got there. Screen said somebody was on the way. 10 minutes passed before I asked and somebody finally brought my order that had been ready for some time. Seemed to only be 3 people working inside and only 1 food runner - during after-work rush. Hire more people. Pay better. Be better, Sonic."
"I’m VERY disappointed in this sonic. Every time I go to this one, which is rare, my rt 44 drink is almost all ice when I ask for LIGHT ICE. This happens EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Get with the program and know the difference between light ice and a cup full of ice with barely any drink. I live less than 2 miles away and even only sipping on it my drink was done by the time I was a little more than half way home….that’s 1 mile and my drink was gone……ONE MILE!"
