"This was some of the beat brisket I have ever had. Moist juicy tender and omg the flavor of a good seasoned pit. This man knows how to season and smoke a brisket. And that dirty rice was so good. I’d tell you about them baked beans but my little one got to them before me and I never got to try them so they must be amazing too. Lol. Just great food and even better personality. You can’t beat good people and good food."

"Roberto Howard is beyond professional and nice. Not only is his customer service top tier but the food is unbelievably delicious. I had the honor of buying smoked and deep fried turkeys from him and they were a hit for thanksgiving. Most definitely will be returning!!"
